The sponsor is a repeat client who was very satisfied with our process and operation and wanted to pursue a new loan. He acquired the asset in 2018 and invested about $1.5MM in renovations, completing a full upgrade that significantly enhanced the property. The asset is owner user, and the sponsor was looking for additional funds to purchase more supplies for their business. Shawbrook Capital got this done efficiently and completed this in about a week’s time to deliver our client the requested funds.
